We or us refers to Quiet Science Ltd. Web application or application refers to the code, resources and database providing the functionality of this web site at mtd.quietscience.com. A visitor is someone who browses the publicly available area of the application. A registered user is someone who has a registered account with which to log in to the application.

By using this web application you accept these terms of use. This is a binding license agreement that governs your use of this application. Using this web application includes navigation, data input and any other interaction with its functionality.

The Service

This application currently provides a simple digital bridge from an accounts spreadsheet to HMRC's MTD VAT API. This functionality may be expanded in the future.

  • email, make available, post, upload, or transmit any content that is abusive, harassing, harmful, threatening, unlawful, violates another party's rights, is otherwise objectionable or that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under any contractual agreement or relationship. We reserve the right to remove any such material at our sole discretion.

As a registered user of this application, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all actions which take place using your account. You agree to notify us if you become aware of any possible unauthorised use of your account or any possible breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorised disclosure of your password.
